I guess most of you are aware that school's reopening soon!!
which means holidays are coming to a close, and we've to pick up our books and study alr. improve in wadever mistakes you've made in 2009 and take note not to make them again! 2010 would be a better year for all. ;D
The attendance of most athletes have not been consistent during the holidays, so i hope that in the new year you would change this bad habit and come for trainings regularly. well, it's only best for you to attend. I'm not going to name anyone, but you should noe who you are.
I hope that all of you would be able to excel in both studies and track in the year 2010! HARD WORK DOES PAY OFF. ;D so do put in effort in everything you do. Nationals are nearing too, do train hard and break your PBs!
